Leo Babauta is a writer, a runner, and a vegetarian, and the owner of Zen Habits, a blog featured in Time Magazine in the list of the 25 best blogs of 2009. Babauta is also the author of the best-selling book, “The Power of Less: The Fine Art of Limiting Yourself to the Essentials… in Work and in Life”
In this first clip of a series, I asked this question to Leo:
it a decision you made as a result of a crisis or was it a slow evolution?”
Watch Part II of this interview where I ask Leo:
Would you say that getting rid of the non-essentials, is the only way to discover the essential?
Watch Part III of this interview where I ask Leo:
Would you say that once you are aligned with a meaningful fulfilling mission, a habit forming discipline becomes effortless, even if it is hard?
Watch Part IV of this interview where I ask Leo:
I usually talk about the need to connect to a non-material dimension of ABUNDANCE. In what ways do you have non-material abundance in your life?
Watch Part V of this interview where I ask Leo:
I was inspired by your idea of minimalism as a value for sustainability could you elaborate on your idea of “walking lightly”?
Watch Part VI of this interview where I ask Leo:
What is your new site mnmlist.com about? And what makes it different from Zenhabits?

Well, this is amazing. It’s very helpful to those of us who are trying to turn our life in a different direction. You always hear the proverb “keep it simple” and we often just forget that simplicity is good.
This is such a great tool for changing you life, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.
Thanks
