In Episode 13 we continue the “Action Sets” series. In this Episode we have prepared an Action Set for Social Media designed as an introduction to help those of you interested in establishing an online presence and developing relationships with your customers and collaborators. I talk about how you can leverage your expertise to position yourself as an expert in your field to provide value and revenue from the sale of products or services. Social Media is also a new channel of communication you could use to learn about what people are doing in your area of interest. Although, I don’t consider myself an expert in Social Media, I have been following the best to learn and experiment with this fascinating new channel for expansion. Social Media is a new space where solo entrepreneurs, small businesses, corporations, or any institution can express their mission allowing anyone to reach a large audience of potential buying customers with no need for large marketing budgets. I also provide recommendations for the best sites and experts to follow if you want to learn more. Please contribute your experiences in the comments area.
